Testimonials

As an overseas homeowner, having a trusted team on the ground for rentals is essential – and the HomeTeam have been incredible. They’ve managed our home with care and attention to every detail.

One of the things I’ve loved most is their personal approach. They meet every guest in person, walk them through the house, and share helpful local tips so guests feel welcome and well looked after from the start.

They’re also super responsive – whether it’s me checking in or a guest needing help, someone is always available. We’ve only ever received five-star reviews, and I truly believe it’s thanks to their consistency, professionalism and kindness.

I couldn’t recommend them more!

Fabulous service, especially the pre clean service! So helpful to have the professionals – your team – get the house ready for us.

Good afternoon. No complaints from us. It was a pleasure dealing with the Home team and hopefully we will do more business in the future.

It’s with bitter sweetness that I have news we have accepted an offer on our house! End of an era for sure. All I can say is that the past 6 months with your incredible service, and kindness has been an absolute pleasure! I only wish we had met sooner! I will be in touch soon as we will definitely need your service in finding us rentals for our holidays to St Francis.

Thank you again for everything

Home Owner

Hi Caroline, your service went above and beyond, and Billy deserves a medal!  I will and have recommended your team to anyone wanting to book accommodation in your beautiful ‘corner’ of the Cape.

Hi Caroline, We were very happy with every aspect of your service. Couldn’t find any fault

Tracey Parry - Guest

Thank you Caroline, we had a wonderful stay and the few issues we raised were properly sorted out by your team. I think the couche in the main bedroom could be fixed and some basic kitchen appliances like air fryer and ice machine would be a plus. But the house really worked out well for us.

Gosh I thought you guys were absolutely fantastic from beginning to end. I have highly recommended you to friends. I really appreciated the excellent communication, solving of our couple of issues quickly and professionally. I cannot fault your team. Thank you!

Good evening Home Team

First of all, we must recognise that you found great accommodation for us. We had two small issues on or soon after arrival, and those issues were promptly and happily sorted. There was a bigger issue with smelly drains, and that was also sorted “at speed” on a Saturday. So, to sum up, we were delighted with the “sort it out” attitude of the HT. As a holiday maker, there is no higher accolade

Well done

Lester Day - Liege Rental

Thank you for your professional and efficient service.

Kind Regards,
